Looking for parents of Samuel EASTEP born 14 Oct 1825 in Floyd Co., KY. He married Mary (Polly) GRIFFITH about 1847 and moved to AR about 1890 where he lived until his death on 24 Oct 1910. I was told that his parents were Joseph EASTEP and Elizabeth HAMMONDS. Joseph was born 1790 in Rowan Co., NC to Samuel EASTEP and Mary LANE. The problem is that I am unable to locate the names of any of the children of Joseph to prove that he is the father of Samuel EASTEP. Can anyone help? Thanks!
